SEA.RIVER SIDE ADAPTIVE LEISURE
UNIT

The intervention hypothesis is developed coherently with the observation of the state of the places, of the risk maps, to the national legislation on the theme of planning in coastal areas and to the analysis of the indications drawn from the landscape plan of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia.
The main objective is to provide basic prescriptions and suggestions to prefigure a Littoral Use Plan, currently missing, by parameterizing the possible uses in relation to the requests collected among the users interviewed and to the observation of the peculiar characteristics of the area, which make it possible to exercise a fairly wide range of activities. Therefore, we proceed by identifying the areas free from those in concession, distinguishing the functions and parametrising the type of compositional elements that will be positioned on the coast, showing a schematization of the heights, volumes and construction techniques deemed appropriate to the instances identified by the notice.
It will therefore take into account the main accesses to the area in the positioning of equipment that can be easily usable even in winter, which have a minimum distance from the line of shoreline of 200 meters (variable as the larger elements will be strictly not anchored to the sandy ground, but resting on it, through modalities expressed in the technical specifications), and that are modular, fully removable and assembled dry, or made of wood and steel for the structural partsThe structures will provide the functions described in the announcement, they will have a reciprocal variable structure, and will define bathing establishments that will not in any way constitute a continuous screen of obstruction to the sea view. The functional shells will instead be articulated as organic forms, sepia bones dispersed in the dunes and articulated as functional spines that will facilitate the crossing of the beach as perpendicular to the shoreline, whose view will be free and enhanced by the present structures.

It was decided to use all the functional surface recommended by the announcement requirements, or (almost) 2500 square meters of complex, simple and multifunctional functions, functions that will be allocated in "shells" in laminated wood, steel and internal panels (when present) mdf, as well as in platforms that will have characters of absolute disassembly, transportability and reconversion to different uses.

To such surfaces are added the perimeters of areas that will remain completely permeable, suitable for the use of patrons who want to practice sports such as beach volleyball, tennis or the game of bowls (in compliance with the principle, at the basis of the project, transversality generation of utilities).

The different functional areas will be determined by the mutual configuration assumed by the elements, in some cases such as to determine a multifunctional set in which there will be a lounge area, a bar area, and a "closed" restaurant area with attached services and locker rooms. in other cases concerning the definition of an area in which the offer of simple functions will be conveyed (presence, for example, of the only bar and refreshment area - lounge included).

The intervention hypothesis is developed coherently with the observation of the state of the places, of the risk maps, to the national legislation on the theme of planning in coastal areas and to the analysis of the indications drawn from the landscape plan of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia.
