The Vikiegata center it is currently the ancient commercial area in Orsta city and it needs a new, representative building which will be replacing an old, abandoned complex, also establishing some new relationship by the Seaside which lies now, underused beyond the buildings which belong to the actual storefront.
The project designs a new charming building , which actually comes in substitution of old ones, whose mass it is entirely replaced.
The building is in clear relationship to the place, as the fractal mimicry logic which clearly inspires the parametric facade and the new civic square pavement  pattern. The Square, which comes entirely accessible, it is brought in direct relationship to the quay area, giving new shape to the seafront and a new sense of community to the inhabitans people.
The building comes as the core hub in a geometrical shaped loop, where the context it is finally connected and highlighted in a masterplan where the waterfront, commercials , the new housing and landscape come out as a wholecomprehensive unit.
